Stefanie Bel-Egge

Stefanie worked at Target for 20 years, 12 of which were spent in Learning & Development and another 5 spent in HR technologies.  She came to General Mills in September 2017 to create a vision about learning approaches (including technologies) that General Mills should use to support a global, 21st century employee – and then bring that vision to reality.

Jane Swenson

Jane Swenson, Client Success Manager at Degreed, is a customer advocate focused on helping General Mills and other Degreed clients drive awareness, adoption and engagement of learning technologies to inspire culture change and achieve desired outcomes.  She has been with various SaaS talent development / management providers during her career of more than 20 years.
