Nasreen Shaikh

Nash has double post graduate in Human Resources Development Management and Commerce from Mumbai University. She is a certified SAP HCM consultant. She is on the board of Leading Edge Human Resources Network and also serves as an officer for India Association of Minnesota.

Bruce Mielke

Bruce manages ServiceNow HR Case Management and the HR portal. One of his biggest wins was launching 20 self-service HR forms to improve employee service delivery.

Emily Boarman

Emily Boarman is the Senior Manager of Customer Experience and HR Portal at Medtronic. Her team focuses on ways to make the HR experience easier for the 84,000+ global employees at Medtronic using ServiceNow. Prior to her time at Medtronic, Emily was a leadership consultant for a non-profit organization and a Language Arts educator. She moved to Medtronic five years ago and has had a communications and HR Portal role for most of her time. Emily is passionate about leveraging technology and personal connection to improve experiences
