KEYNOTE PREVIEW:"Four Ways to Become a Talent Magnet Organization"
Have you ever wondered how some organizations can continually attract, engage, and retain high-performing talent?  What do they do differently?  Oracle HCM and the Talent Strategy Institute (TSI) partnered on a 2016  research project to discover what talent magnet organizations do differently to gain a competitive talent advantage.  Our research highlighted that talent magnet companies’ values, practices, technologies, leadership, and ways of integrating employee experience were dramatically different than practices in non-talent magnet companies.  Learn how to apply successful talent magnet practices in your organization and create a place where people want to join and where they want to stay.
