Two Keynote Presentations on
January 15th
Keynote 1:  Aon Hewitt (60 min)

“Helping them Decide:
Using data, tools, and partners to enable employees to make better decisions in benefits and beyond”

Aon Hewitt is in the business of empowering people through innovative solutions.  In the area of benefits administration, where we serve one in 20 Americans and take over 24 million calls in our centers.  This mission has driven us to develop solutions that strive in four key pillars:
-- ease of use

In the conversation at January’s LEHRN meeting, Aon Hewitt will share our solutions designed on these pillars, and discuss what we have learned over the 40+ years of delivering the #1 ranked administration platform to a diverse and demanding customer base.  We will discuss and show:
-- decision support tools
-- usability studies
-- how to leverage data and technology
-- how to build strategic business partnerships
to help employees and their families choose and utilize HR and benefits programs that are right for them, and help companies optimize the results of what they offer.

Keynote 2: 3D Results (60 min)

"Deliver Greater Value:
Extending SuccessFactors Core Capabilities Using
Cloud Integration Tools"

Recently, in a series of blog posts, Dell Boomi and partner, 3D Results,  frequently encountered customers asking how they could better extend the feature capabilities of their SuccessFactors system. The answer? Use a cloud (Dell Boomi AtomSphere) integration platform  (iPaaS), and the extensible features in SuccessFactors itself — namely, the MetaData Framework (MDF) and Employee Profile module. In the first blog post in a series, 3D Results Practice Director for Integrations and Technical Services, Permanand Singh, wrote about how a development goal can first be vetted before it is added to the Career and Development Planning (CDP) module.  In a second blog post in this series, Singh looked at the SF Comp module, one of the more complex SuccessFactors modules to implement. This module often involves unique reporting and data visualization needs. Singh also reported how clients, who don’t want a report, and instead want to view the information displayed in SuccessFactors, can use cloud integration with the Employee Central (EC) module.

The case studies in this presentation are specific to companies that have lifted their SuccessFactors data into Dell Boomi AtomSphere, but the value proposition of cloud integration is easily extrapolated to other products that need extensibility  to better access employee data and better deliver employee analytics.  Permanand Singh will speak to LEHRN on January 15th about how the 3DR case studies may extend to your HR application integration needs.  This is a leading edge HR systems conversation - 3D Results is doing some of the best work in the country in the area of using cloud integration to get more functionality, better analytics,  and faster ROI from your core and strategic HR apps.
