Deb LaMere brings 20 years of HR experience in the areas of employee engagement, talent management and performance management to the Product Management team at Ceridian. Formerly, the Ceridian’s VP, Employee Engagement and Culture she was responsible for driving Ceridian’s engagement and cultural transformation.  In addition to her work at Ceridian, Deb gives back to the community by serving on the board of directors for Twin Cities in Motion (TCM) as well as serving as a board member for the youth activity-based organization, Bolder Options.  Deb holds a BA in Human Resources from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

In this role, he incorporates innovative approaches to customer support backed by strong operational discipline to achieve high customer satisfaction.  Chris joined Ceridian in 2004, holding a number of commercial and operational leadership roles during his tenure. His experience with Ceridian has provided him with a well-rounded understanding of the HCM marketplace and an accurate perspective on specific customer needs. Chris’ involvement in building Ceridian’s customer support team in the US has been instrumental in the overall success of the organization and its reputation for customer service excellence.
