LEHRN’s affiliation with IHRIM (International Human Resource Information Management) permits us to offer the HRIP certification course and exam. Become an HRIP – a certified Human Resource Information Professional.  LEHRN is sponsoring the certification prep class on February 18th, 2010 the day before the LEHRN HR TECH EXPO.  The class is also at the Earle Brown Center.  Admission to the LEHRN HR TECH EXPO is included with the course!

Four (4) main knowledge areas are taught in the class and will measured by the HRIP examination:
• HR Strategy and Solution Assessment
• HR Technology and Business Processes
• Systems Selections
• HR Systems Operations
3-5 years HRS experience are recommended as personal preparation for HRIP certification. 

The course runs 8AM-5PM on Feb. 18 and includes breakfast and lunch. The HRIP exam will be held at Imation on March 26, 2010.
