LEHRN Mission
A professional community sharing knowledge and experience on the successful alignment of HR information systems to support best business practices aligned with Human Capital Management.
Members at all points on the implementation cycle participate to learn and contribute to understanding how to manage the multiple perspectives that drive process improvement & technology to achieve business objectives.
Through regular meetings LEHRN promotes a clearer picture of the marketplace of HCMS vendors and products and creates a network concerned that investments will be successful in each member’s business context.
LEHRN Objective
- Understanding how technology supports best business practices within highly-competitive industries is now the primary way that key groups think about IT investment.
- Organizations will better understand the business context of their technology choices.
- Vendors will better see their products and messages within their customers’ business context
- Members will get a clearer picture of the development, implementation, and repercussions of new technology -- and how it is solving critical business problems.
Twin Cities IHRIM has merged with Twin Cities Electronic Recruitment Business Network (TERBN) to form Leading Edge HR Network (LEHRN.)
