Judy Sweeney, VP and Head of Taleo Research brings more than 30 years of enterprise software development, marketing, and HCM research experience to her role as vice president and head of TALEO Research. Judy leads a team of researchers who provide primary and secondary research on the current and future state of talent management. Prior to joining Taleo, Judy was SVP of AMR Research. Her specific research focus was on HCM and midmarket ERP. She has also held development, product management, and product marketing roles. Judy is a proud graduate the University of Massachusetts with a BS in Management

Kristen Weirick, North American Talent Recruiting Leader for is responsible for leading talent recruiting for Cargill, an international producer and marketer of food, agricultural, financial and industrial products and services. She joined Cargill in August 2009 after a 12-year career with Whirlpool Corporation.
As Director of Talent Acquisition at Whirlpool, Kristen’s focus was on leading Whirlpool’s global employer brand strategy and the development and management of recruiting systems, tools and processes for the global appliance manufacturer. Weirick directed multiple HR projects in the areas of employer branding, assessment, candidate management, onboarding, talent management strategy, HR technology, and diversity.
Weirick has written on talent acquisition and talent management for publications such as HR Magazine, The Journal of Corporate Recruiting Leadership, the Universum Quarterly and HRinsight.
